Abstract
Networking is an important activity to support the success of a business owned by a home industry. In this case, the network is built between home industries owned by poor families with raw material suppliers and shop owners, in developing work networks, various things need to be considered: (1) purpose, (2) structure, (3) style and (4) value. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Sampling thechnique sources uses purposive sampling techniques to determine seven informants consisting of three poor families home industry, two raw material suppliers and two shop owners. Data collection techniques used in depth interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that: (1) the achievement of goals to be achieved together, (2) the achievement of the division of roles and the flow of information well and easily, (3) the achievement of a work culture agreed upon and maintained by all parties in the network, and (4) the achievement of benefits felt by the home industry and the partners in the network. However, in the implementation of the poor family home industry network, there are obstacles in the aspect of purpose that need to be optimized, namely: (1) not maximizing the expansion of the network yet by home industry actors and (2) the lack of ability to promote home industry products. These two obstacles can have an impact on the income generated by home industry owners and networked partners. Therefore, it is necessary to maximize the expansion of the network of poor family home industry owners and increase the ability to promote processed home industry products through the "Home Industry Network Development" program with three activities carried out, namely hearings, group formation and culinary markets involving the Village Government and Local Government in order to create an expansion of the network built so as to increase the income of poor family home industry families and partners involved in the network.
