IMPLEMENTASI PERTEMUAN PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN DALAM PENGASUHAN DAN PENDIDIKAN ANAK DI DESA PAGERWANGI KECAMATAN LEMBANG KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (conditional cash transfer) a

conditional cash assistance program aimed at reducing poverty rates. Through

mandatory activities that must be attended by beneficiary families (KPM).

These activities involve Familly Development Session (FDS). This study aims to

provide an overview of P2K2 in the Pagerwangi Village of Lembang Subdistrict,

West Bandung Regency. The implementation aspects of P2K2 encompass

Communication, Competence, Commitment, and Standard Operating

Procedures (SOP) The research methodology employed is qualitative with a

descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews,

observations, and documentary studies. The researcher ensured data validity

using triangulation techniques based on sources, data collection methods, and

time. Subsequently, data analysis will be conducted using data reduction, data

presentation, and drawing conclusions techniques. The research findings

indicate that the implementation of P2K2 is not yet optimal. There is a lack of

rapport between the facilitators and KPM, KPM has not fully adopted P2K2, and

the supporting tools for facilitating P2K2 do not adhere to SOP. Based on the

analysis of the issues and research requirements, the researcher recommends

the program "Enhancing P2K2 Implementation Workshop".
