Roles refer to family activities in childcare related to the diet of

stunted children. This study aims to obtain an empirical description of the role

of the family on the diet of stunted children which includes: 1) characteristics of

respondents, 2) family role as a motivator, 3) family role as an educator, 4)

family role as a facilitator. The method used in this research is quantitative

through a descriptive approach. The data sources in this study consisted of

primary data sources and secondary data sources. The sampling technique used

probability sampling with the iteration method and the resulting sample was

60 respondents, while the data collection techniques used were:

questionnaire/questionnaire totaling 30 statement items, and documentation

studies. The measuring instrument used is the face validity test. The results

showed that the role of the family in the eating pattern of stunted children was

in the good category. Although all roles are in the good category, there are

problems in the role of facilitator, the family is less able to meet all the

nutritional food needs for child growth and development. The second problem

is in the role of motivator, the lack of support given by families to their children

in ensuring that children get adequate and quality nutrition, thus worsening

the Stunting condition. Based on the results of this study, the researcher

formulated a program proposal “Improving Family Skills on the Importance of

Balanced Nutrition for Stunting Children in Paseh District, Sumedang Regency”.

Funding is one of the main factors for the balance and sustainability of social service organizations carrying out service processes as well as achieving goals that can be achieved by fundraising activities. The purpose of this study is to describe in depth the fundraising strategy carried out by Karawang Peduli. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are in depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study suggest that the fundraising strategy carried out by Karawang Peduli is to implement a dialogue fundraising strategy using visits, raising donations on the street, open stands, and kencleng. The multichannel fundraising strategy utilizes several channels such as websites and social media which are carried out using online fundraising, crowdfunding, and community fundraising. And finally, Karawang Peduli implements a donor retention and development strategy based on aspects of trust and commitment as well as service quality which is implemented by providing routine reports, conducting evaluations, information collection, ease of payment, giving remarks or appreciation and borrowing inventory owned by Karawang Peduli. However, the implementation of the fundraising strategy still has obstacles, namely related to the lack of competence of fundraising staff, causing Karawang Peduli to not carry out a corporate fundraising strategy with the company and still not the optimal implementation of the multichannel fundraising strategy, especially for crowdfunding mode. Thus, the researcher suggested a competency training program for Karawang Peduli fundraising staff to maximize the fundraising activities that will be carried out.

Resilience refers to the capacity of social entities to communities to

cope with and adapt to environmental and social threats. This research is

important to research because landslides in Donorati Village occur periodically

every year so that resilience is needed from the community in facing this

disaster. This study aims to obtain an empirical description of: 1)

characteristics of respondents, 2) coping capacities, 3) adaptive capacities and

4) transformative capacities. The method used is quantitative research with a

descriptive survey. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling

technique. The data collection techniques used were: 1) questionnaire, 2)

documentation study, and 3) observation. The validity test used face validity

and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha (α). The results of the study using

descriptive statistical data analysis. The results of the study of 83 household

heads showed that the resilience of landslide victims was in the high category

with a real score of 6,433 (81,59%) from a maximum score of 7,885. The

dominant aspect that is a problem and has the lowest real score of the three

aspects is transformative capacities. Based on the results of the study, the

researcher proposed the Donorati Tangguh Masyarakat Aman Sejahtera

(DOTA MAJA) Programme. This programme uses the Community Work method

and Education, Implementation, and Capacity Building techniques

The management of a waste bank refers to a series of activities involving disposal, sorting, and transportation with the aim of reducing and handling waste. This study aims to provide an overview of community participation in waste management at a Waste Bank, including informant characteristics, opportunities for participation, willingness to participate, and ability to participate. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative design. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The results of this study show that participation is influenced by factors including opportunities, willingness, and ability. Opportunities for participation have been made available to residents of RW 05 through information and services provided by administrators. While the benefits are understood by all residents, the willingness to participate is not yet maximized due to not all residents having motivating factors that drive them to engage in waste sorting. Furthermore, the ability to participate, in terms of knowledge and skills, is not possessed by all residents of RW 05, resulting in a lack of capacity to fully comprehend waste management at the waste bank.

Collaboration is a process in which two or more professionals work

together to serve a specific client (individual, family, group, community, or

population). This research aims to understand the Local Economic

Development (PEL) program developed by PT Tirta Investama in Wangen

Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency, and to explore the implementation

of hexahelix collaboration within the PEL Program. The study employs

collaboration components, including personal commitment, communication

skills, interaction processes, programs or services, and context suitability, to

analyze the roles of the following hexahelix actors: 1) business world (PT Tirta

Investama Klaten), 2) MSME support (PERSEPSI and New Diamond), 3)

government (Klaten Regency Cooperative Trade and UMKM Service or

DPKUKM), 4) academia (Bandung Social Polytechnic students), 5) media (KR

Jogja media), and 6) community (Wangen Village MSMEs). A descriptive

qualitative methodology was used, with data collected from representative

hexahelix actors selected through purposive sampling. In-depth interviews,

observations, and document analysis were conducted to gather data. The

findings indicate that the collaboration's success is limited, as evidenced by low

levels of personal commitment among actors, varying but generally good

communication skills, diverse program offerings, positive synergy fostered

through open and participatory communication, and contextual alignment of

assistance with community needs. Based on these results, the researchers

propose a program to enhance the personal commitment of hexahelix actors in

the Wangen Village PEL Program.

PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENANGANAN MASALAH SAMPAH DI DESA CINTAASIH KECAMATAN CISURUPAN KABUPATEN GARUT

This study aims to obtain an empirical picture of community participation in the form of property, ideas and ideas, and the people of Cintaasih Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in the aspect of participation in assets and objects it has been carried out by providing containers for waste, but the implementation has not been maximized. In the aspect of participation, ideas and ideas are being carried out with village meetings. Furthermore, the aspect of participation in the form of labor has been carried out routinely by carrying out mutual cooperation activities and social counseling. The results of the study showed that the participation of property and objects in handling waste was not optimal and the lack of public awareness in maintaining cleanliness in Cintaasih Village. Based on this, the researchers proposed the Cintaasih Beberes Garbage program. Clean, free, and clean from garbage in Cintaasih Village, Cisurupan District, Garut Regency.

Kapasitas Warga Masyarakat Dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Di Desa Ciburial Kecamatan Cimenyan Kabupaten Bandung

This research focuses on the capacity of the community in the development of tourism village in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency. It is motivated by the fact that Ciburial Village has become one of the tourism villages in Bandung Regency, known for its beautiful natural surroundings and various potentials within. The research was conducted in Ciburial Village. The aim of this study is to analyze the level of community capacity in the development of tourism village in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, with the following sub-objectives: 1) to understand the community's understanding, 2) to identify the community's skills, 3) to explore the community's attitudes and values, and 4) to understand the community's motivation in the development of tourism village. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of the original residents of Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, with a total of 12,347 individuals, and a sample size of 100 people was used. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations, and documentary studies. The results of this study indicate that the community's capacity in the development of tourism village in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, received a score of 18.364, which falls into the high category. In terms of understanding, it obtained a lower rating compared to other aspects, indicating that one of the contributing factors is the community's lack of knowledge regarding the concept of tourism village, understanding of sustainable tourism, knowledge of different types of tourism, and comprehension of the Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) that can connect them with stakeholders involved in the development of tourism village. Therefore, the proposed program to address this issue is "Enhancing the Knowledge and Skills of the Community in Tourism Village Development," targeting the community, youth organization (Karang Taruna), Pokdarwis, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in Ciburial Village.

: Management is a central element to ensure the effectiveness of social

programs and services in achieving predetermined goals, which includes

aspects of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. This research aims

to provide an overview of the management of the PKH Shop program in Ciamis

District, including: (1) PKH Shop profile in Ciamis District, (2) planning the PKH

Shop program, (3) organizing the PKH Shop program, (4) mobilizing the PKH

Shop program, and (5) control of the PKH Shop program. This research uses a

qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing primary and

secondary data. A purposive sampling technique was applied to select eleven

(11) informants consisting of PKH Shop team members, Ciamis District PKH

Social Assistants, KPM, and PKH Shop program customers. Data collection was

carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation

studies. The research results show that: 1) Planning which includes objectives,

formation, finance, human resources and location has been implemented well

without significant obstacles. 2) Organization which includes organizational

structure, division of tasks, decision making and coordination has been

implemented well even though there are deficiencies in the organizational

structure with the absence of effective division of tasks between sub-district

assistants. 3) Mobilization, which includes communication, motivation,

leadership and employee development, has gone quite well even though there is

a lack of leadership among Ciamis District social assistants and limited

employee development. 4) Control which includes setting performance

standards, monitoring and handling deviations has been implemented

efficiently. Based on the results of this research, researchers propose a Creative

PKH Shop program (PRESTATIF) which includes the formation of management

between PKH social assistants in Ciamis District and entrepreneurship training

to improve the performance and effectiveness of the program.

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the Rumah Pelangi community program in improving the education of street children at Leuwipanjang Terminal with the CIPP (context, input, process, product) model developed by Stufflebeam in 1967. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques in the study through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The subjects in this research are the administrators, parents, and also children assisted by the Rumah Pelangi community. The results showed that: 1) Context evaluation, analysis of needs to be met in terms of collecting and analyzing to meet the needs of children in terms of insight and become provisions to face life on the streets. 2) Input evaluation, the community's ability to provide and plan learning resources is quite good. 3) Process evaluation, the implementation of the program still needs to improve organizational management so that the administrators can perform their roles in accordance with their main duties and functions properly. 4) Product evaluation. The program to improve street children's education can be continued, of course, the administration and volunteers of the Rumah Pelangi community need to pay more attention to strengthening the program by carrying out more structured planning and supporting volunteers as educators. On the other hand, it is possible to fight for the community's legality in order to meet its external demands.

This research aims to examine the increase in happiness among the

elderly through the Tangguh Elderly School (Selantang) program in

Tunggorono Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency by delving into: 1) the

characteristics of the informants; 2) self-acceptance in enhancing elderly

happiness; 3) environmental mastery in enhancing elderly happiness; and 4)

autonomy in enhancing elderly happiness. The elderly school is an educational

program for seniors, particularly those who are still active within their families

and communities. The purpose of the elderly school in the Bina Keluarga Lansia

(BKL) group is to develop SMART (Healthy, Independent, Active, Productive,

and Dignified) seniors through seven dimensions of resilience: spiritual,

physical, emotional, intellectual, social, professional vocational, and

environmental dimensions. This research employs a descriptive qualitative

approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations for

data collection. The findings indicate an increase in happiness among the

elderly after participating in the Tangguh Elderly School (Selantang) program,

according to the aspects investigated using the Psychological Well-Being

(PWB) theory by Ryff and Singer (1996). However, the research also reveals

that some participants have difficulty controlling their emotions, particularly

in their relationships with family or close individuals, and that the overlap

between regular health check-up schedules and the elderly school schedule

results in some Selantang participants arriving late. Based on these issues, a

program named "Touch of Love for the Elderly (Sekala)" is proposed

Companies in running their business must pay attention to social welfare and the surrounding environment. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate responsibility to the community for the impact caused by company activities. The implementation of CSR is then developed in the form of three basic pillars. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the Triple Bottom Line concept (people, planet, profit) by the foundation at ATFAC studio Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection using participation observation techniques, in depth interviews, and documentation studies. The determination of informants in this study used purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that the company through the foundation has run the element of profit by developing the productivity of stakeholders involved, implementing cost efficiency in various sectors, paying attention to the elements of fair trade and etchical trade and successfully creating a good image for the company and the hotel under it. The people element is carried out in the form of knowledge transfer through the involvement of stakeholders and hotel employees, community care, and hotel customer involvement, but has not involved the parents of foster children. The planetary element is formed through efforts to instill awareness of protecting the environment in foster children and energy saving run by hotels. The company through Yayasan Peduli Tunas Bangsa has also paid attention to the paradigm of CSR program results, namely the elements of partnership and prosperity. Based on the analysis of the research problem, the researcher proposed a program called ATFAC for Parents with the aim of building good relations between parents and foundation administrators through increasing parental involvement in the ATFAC program.

: This research aims to determine the level of mental health problems

among students at Senior High School 5 Semarang. Mental health is one's own

ability to manage feelings and face daily difficulties. This research has two

aspects of mental health, namely the psychological stress aspect and the

psychological well-being aspect. This research uses a quantitative approach

with descriptive methods. The technique for determining respondents used a

stratified random sampling technique, totaling 31 respondents at each level

who were students in grades 10, 11 and 12 with a total of 93 respondents from

Senior High School 5 Semarang students. The data collection techniques used

were questionnaires, observation and documentation studies. In this research,

the face validity test and Cronbach's alpha reliability test were used. The

research results show that students' mental health is in the medium range,

where there is a tendency for stress levels to be quite significant and close to

high levels. Based on the problem analysis and needs analysis in the research,

the "Ruang Rasa" program was proposed. This program aims to reduce

students' psychological pressure.

MINAT PEKERJA SEKTOR INFORMAL DALAM KEIKUTSERTAAN PROGRAM BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) KESEHATAN MANDIRI DI DESA NGUNUT KECAMATAN NGUNUT KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

The majority of Ngunut villagers are informal sector workers. However, the number of health insurance membership coverage in the PBPU segment or independent participation in Ngunut Village is still low. This is influenced by public interest which is also still low. Interest is a source of motivation that encourages someone to do whatever they want if they are free to choose, interest can also be interpreted as a sense of preference and interest in something or activity, without anyone telling them. This study aims to obtain an overview of 1) the cognitive of informal sector workers in the participation of independent health insurance organized by BPJS Kesehatan, 2) the affective of informal sector workers in the participation of independent health insurance organized by BPJS Kesehatan. The method used in this study is descriptive using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was informal sector workers in Ngunut Village which amounted to 5,122 people so that the sample used amounted to 98 people. The data collection technique used is using questionnaires and documentation studies. The results of this study showed that the interest of informal sector workers in participating in the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) for independent health in Ngunut Village obtained an assessment of 4,646 which was included in the medium category. However, after further analysis on the cognitive aspect, it gets the lowest assessment of the affective aspect. One of the reasons is the low knowledge of informal sector workers about health insurance programs. Therefore, the proposed program for this problem is "Increasing Knowledge of Health Insurance for Informal Sector Workers" targeting informal sector workers in Ngunut Village.

AKSESIBILITAS PEMENUHAN TUMBUH KEMBANG ANAK PENYANDANG DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL DI DESA TANJUNGHURIP KECAMATAN GANEAS KABUPATEN SUMEDANG

This study aims to examine: (1) the characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities, (2) the accessibility of growth and development of children with intellectual disabilities seen from the physical aspect, (3) the accessibility of the growth and development of children with intellectual disabilities seen from the cognitive aspect, (4) the accessibility of the growth and development of children with intellectual disabilities seen from the emotional aspect, and (5) the accessibility of the growth and development of children with intellectual disabilities seen from the aspect of social. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source used the purposive sampling technique to determine six informants consisting of parents of children with intellectual disabilities, the Head of the Tanjunghurip Village Welfare Section, the Tanjunghurip Village Posyandu Cadre, the Principal of the Bina Nusatara Sukawening Extraordinary School, and the owner of the Izzati Therapy Center Sumedang. The data collection technique uses in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that: (1) Children with disabilities in Tanjunghurip Village amounted to six people, with two of them experiencing development delay in the category of intellectual disability, (2) In the accessibility of physical growth and development, children were accessed to health centers, midwives, Rumah Izzati Therapy Center Sumedang, paraji (baby shamans), (3) In the accessibility of cognitive growth and development, there are several options, namely PAUD Cibungur and SLB Bina Nusantara Sukawening, (4) In the accessibility of emotional growth and development, it is considered that parents can still provide it, (5) The social aspect of children gets the opportunity to be able to play and interact with the environment. Based on the results of the study, the researcher proposed a program, namely the Parent Capacity Building Program in Accessing Growth and Development Services.

Social capital is part of social life in the form of trust, norms, and networks that encourage participants to work together more effectively to achieve common goals. This research aims to describe an overview of: 1) the condition of community social capital 2) the benefits of community social capital in the Climate Village Program 3) the impact of the utilization of social capital in the Climate Village Program 4) efforts to improve the utilization of social capital in the Climate Village Program. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were 5 persons with different social statuses, namely the village government, village local organization administrators, and local communities. Data validity checks used triangulation techniques and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the utilization of social capital in the community has an impact on the sustainability of Proklim activities, support in achieving goals, preserving and conserving the village environment, enhancing community resilience in facing the impacts of climate change, improving the quality of life of the community in terms of health and economy, and fostering innovation by the community. It also empowers the community through various activities within Proklim. However, in terms of networking, there is still a lack of connections with external parties, especially neighboring villages. Based on the research findings, the researchers propose a program called "Expansion of External Networking through the Formation of Inter-Village Collaborative Forum”

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSEP DIRI DENGAN INTERAKSI SOSIAL PADA GAY DI KOTA MAGELANG

This study aims to prove the correlation between self-concept and social interaction in gay people in Magelang City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of respondents and identify the relationship between self to identity, behavior, appraisal or acceptance, physical, moral ethics, personal, family, and social environment with social interactions of gay individuals. The research method used is quantitative method using census sampling technique, where the total number of respondents is 39 people. Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires and documentation studies. Data validity was tested using the face validity method, while data reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self concept and social interaction among gay men in Magelang City. The correlation test results show that there is a positive relationship between self-assessment of identity, behavior, appraisal or acceptance, physical, ethical moral, personal, family, and social environment with social interaction of gay individuals. These results were obtained by comparing the calculated r value with the r table value, as well as looking at the significance (Sig.) obtained from the tailed test. In the results of this study, it was found that the weakest relationship occurred between the physical self and social self with social interaction. Therefore, an inclusion program for self-improvement and positive change of gay men in Magelang city is recommended. Implementation refers to the Implementation process in achieving the goals that have been set. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Social Security Agency for Employment Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) specifically regarding Work Accident Insurance at PT Sukun Druck, Kudus Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data sources in this study are primary data sources from 7 informants and secondary data sources in the form of documentation or other information. The research results show that the implementation of the work accident insurance program at PT. The Sukun Druck Kudus Regency in terms of resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition has been implemented well in accordance with the SOP, while in the communication aspect it has not been implemented well because employees do not yet know about the social security they receive. Based on the analysis of research results, the program proposed by researchers is "Socialization of the Work Accident Insurance Program". This program is expected to help increase employee understanding regarding the Work Accident Insurance Program as the social security they receive
